Members hear it first

Thanks to our members’ commitment and generosity, the Weisman continues to invest in visual art. By becoming a member, you make the strong statement that creative innovation is vital, and you allow WAM to continue to highlight cross-departmental collaborations through exhibitions in the Target Studio for Creative Collaboration and continuing to support local and women artists.

Give Mindfully

WAM Collective has created a thoughtful gift guide inspired by our own favorite items in the WAM Shop, and the friends or family we buy gifts for every year. Relationships don’t always fit into categories like “dad,” “girlfriend,” “husband,” or “daughter,” and gift giving is more fun when you consider the true character of your loved ones.

Wednesday Night is Study Night at WAM

It’s fall semester of the 2016-2017 school year. WAM Collective will continue to hold it’s once a month study nights. What is WAM Collective you might ask? It is the Weisman Art Museum’s official student group. The focus of the group is to help bring together the WAM and U of M community through innovative and social activities. Study nights at the Weisman give students a place to relax and focus. Features of study nights include hands-on art making, gallery tours, and informational networking. Study nights are held on a monthly basis Wednesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
