Misfit Coffee was created with the idea of paving the roads of Minneapolis, Minnesota with the best cup of coffee imaginable, leaving our mark on every customer that we meet along the way.

The Misfit Coffee trailer was constructed to showcase the fine detail and genuine craftsmanship that goes behind brewing our coffee. Striving to utilize only the finest brewing methods in the industry, we start with a single serving of freshly roasted coffee beans, ground onsite. For us it’s about more than coffee, so we focus on creating a pure sensory experience for each customer, transforming all of our passion and previous learnings into a beverage that can be enjoyed in an open air, community-oriented atmosphere.

WAM Collective Officers are the student leadership team of the Weisman Art Museum. Officers learn about contemporary museum practice, plan programs and events, create digital content campaigns, research and write about objects in the museum’s collection, collaborate with other student groups and departments on campus, and make connections between their studies and the museum’s resources. Officers work with professional museum staff, artists, advocates, and community members on projects that reflect the concerns, interests, and passions of the student perspective.

Spiderlily is a Twin-Cities based alternative rock/ genre mixing band. The four have a passion for the local scene and the community that it creates between bands and music lovers. The band members Emily (lead singer/rhythm guitarist), Matteo (lead guitarist), Julia (bassist/backing vocalist), Linnea (drummer/backing vocalist) are close friends and consider each other found family. Spiderlily’s core is to experiment with mixing different genres to make unique audio experiences. Spiderlily won the University of Minnesota's Battle of the Bands in 2026. 

Since a young age singing has been a refuge for Jada Brown, whose voice encapsulates the depth and emotion of a true soul singer. Harnessing a low and rich vocal register, she sets herself apart from the crowd with her distinct voice. Her lyrical savviness, warm vocals, and versatile style compliment her sound as she draws influence from 60s soul, neo soul, and R&B music. Her music is for the laid back lovers and introspective thinkers. On the stage, Jada Brown delivers passionate performances where she's able to connect with her audiences.

“REIKI” Michael Hall is a dynamic singer, songwriter, and producer based out of Minneapolis. Born in Chicago to Liberian-American parents, REIKI received his unique name from his mother, who found comfort during pregnancy through the Japanese healing practice called “Reiki.” From the age of 3, it was evident that REIKI possessed an extraordinary musical talent. He seamlessly blends multiple genres, describing his distinctive sound as a fusion of “punk, rage, and R&B.”

REIKI has captivated audiences across notable venues and events. His powerful performances include opening for Juicy J at Verizon Wireless Arena and singing the National Anthem at the Target Center for the Minnesota Timberwolves / Lynx. REIKI was selected to perform at the Orpheum Theater for Druski’s “Coulda Been Tour” and at Uptown Theater for Prof’s Workhorse Tour Stop. His DIY House Show performances, including collaborations with ROC BARBOZA, Out4Blood, killusonline, and Ca$ual, showcase his versatility.

In the main room at First Avenue, REIKI performed at the “Rock Lottery” and co-headlined the Best New Bands showcase. He also performed at The 7th Street Entry with with midwxst, Casper sage, and 4TUNAT. The highlight of his career thus far is co-headlining a five-date Live Nation tour with Bella Dose.

REIKI’s new single “chaos” was featured on “The Current’s Scouting Report,” further cementing his place in the music scene. He is set to perform at the MN State Fair at Schells Auditorium with First Avenue, bringing his fresh and mind-bending live experience to even more fans. With an imminent debut EP rollout, REIKI is poised to make a significant global impact.

bohemian press is a non-profit printmaking organization, established in 2006, affiliated with the University of Minnesota Department of Art. The club enables undergraduate and graduate printmaking students to show, sell, and exhibit their work.
