Additional Details
Join us for a memorable evening with the artist and curator of Seeking for the Lost, Christopher E. Harrison and JoJo Bell. For this interactive program, you're invited to immerse yourself in the artistic process Harrison used to create portraits for the Seeking for Lost exhibition. Watch Harrison bring his own art to life on stage, while he talks with curator JoJo Bell about the show; while you listen, you're invited to get involved in the activity and process of making yourself. Harrison will offer creative prompts, encouraging reflection on the themes of kinship, separation, and the enduring quest for family and identity that define Harrison's work. All art supplies will be provided; participants will be encouraged to take advantage of complimentary snacks and grab a drink from the cash bar to enjoy throughout the evening, making work together, while listening in on a lively conversation about artistic process, and personal and historical reflection.
